We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free refund policy.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@getcirco.com with your order number. To be eligible, your order must have been placed within the last 30 days, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order number works perfectly!).

We’ll process a full refund once everything checks out—no hassle, no hard feelings.

Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 business days.

Replacements and Warranty

We’re here to ensure your Circo experience is smooth from start to finish. You’re eligible for a free replacement if any of the following apply:

Your Circo device arrives scratched or damaged, and you provide photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.

You're having trouble activating your Circo or tapping to a compatible phone.

You've successfully activated your Circo, but you're still experiencing tapping issues, even after reaching out to support@getcirco.com.

Your Circo.Mini has lost its adhesiveness within 30 days of delivery.

Your Circo device’s NFC function is malfunctioning within 30 days of delivery.

All replacement orders are shipped free of charge.

Circo Pro Member Special Warranty

Beyond 30 days after your Circo device is marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement Circo device should your device become damaged or lost. Please contact support@getcirco.com for assistance with this.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@getcirco.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We do not accept exchanges. If an above-mentioned issue incurrs, please reach out to support@getcirco.com for refund and replacement matters.
